Software Engineering

Software Engineering Division at C-DAC, Mumbai is engaged in development of Software R & D projects, consultancies and educational programmes in areas of Software Architectures, High Performance Computing and Distributed Computing. The division is headed by Mr. Zia Saquib, Executive Director, C-DAC Mumbai.The division is operational at two units viz., Mumbai & Bangalore. It has a sub-division, Management Information System (MIS) unit which undertakes the operational automation at C-DAC, Mumbai.

Objectives

The division is committed to:

• Research & Development in areas of Software Architecture, Software based High Performance Solutions and Distributed Computing
• Build turnkey solutions and consultancies in areas of eGovernance for various bodies under Government of India
• Provide high-end education and training for the academic, corporate and public sector organizations.
